Music Restrictions: Personal or external outside speakers are not allowed. Strictly no music or loud noise in open outdoor areas after 10:00 PM.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; however, guests may freely smoke outdoors.
Deliveries & Groceries: Food delivery via Swiggy and Zomato is available from a distance of 10 km (with 4–5 restaurant options). A grocery store is located just 200 meters away.
Nature Check: Because the property sits near a forest ridge, natural wild creatures and insects are common to the vicinity but are harmless if left undisturbed.
Check-in Requirement: Government-issued valid ID proofs must be shared by all guests upon check-in.

Due to the ongoing LPG supply issue across India, we are currently accepting orders with a minimum spend of ₹10,000 for à la carte, or pre-fixed / per-head food packages only.
Please treat the home as you would your own.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH FARM ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY GUESTS AND ARE BINDING ON THEM.
1. Occupancy of the Farm is Non Transferable.
2. Please Switch OFF (AC, GEYSER, FAN, LIGHTS, & HEATERS) when not in use.
3. Room Cleaning done every day on request / Change of Linen done every 3 days for long stays.
4. Kindly take permission before Inviting Guests and there will be Extra charges for Visitors.
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BELOW ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AT OUR PROPERTIES - Dancers, Belly Dancers, Escorts, Call Girls, Mujra Party, Drugs, Rave Party Etc. IN THIS KIND OF SITUATION WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND YOU WOULD NEED TO CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
6. Please inform caretaker the previous day about your breakfast preference & time you would like to have it. Evening Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast can be prepared on prior time.
7. You can ask the Caretaker for WiFi user id & Password.
8. Our CHECK IN Time 3:00 P.M. CHECK OUT Time 12.00 P.M.
9. All payments are to be made in advance at the time of CHECK IN.
10. Mandatory to share valid Government ID’s of all the guests staying at the farm 1 day before check in. Without prior ID and guest count, the farm management can refuse / deny access to certain guests.
11. In case of damage to Equipment, Goods, Crockery, Linen, Towels etc. to be paid by the Guest on Cost Price.
12. Please take care or your personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage if any. The Farm will not, in anyway whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of residents goods or any other property entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of Farm employee or its agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
13. Payments accepted through, Cash, Paytm, Gpay, Bank Transfer.
14. Outdoor music allowed till 10:00 PM after that you can either switch to low volume or move indoors. (Followed As per Government rules)
15. Kindly take prior permission before inviting extra guests whether visitors or staying guests as we need to inform our team.
Extra Charges will be as follows -
Extra Staying Adults - ₹1500/-per person per night
Extra Children Staying (between 6 to 12 years age) - ₹750 per child per night
Extra Visitor Guests / Adults - ₹1000/- per person till 1 AM,
16. Please keep common areas Tidy and Clean.
17. Cameras installed in common areas are there for guest safety, security and for helping find things in case of any misplaced items.
These will not be switched off.
18. Managements' Rights: the Management reserves the absolute right to admission to any person in the Farm premises and to request any guest to vacate their room / farm without prior notice.
19. Government Rules and Regulations: - Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drink, fire arms etc.
20. We have organic farming vegetables & fruits at some of our properties. Request you to kindly not to pluck flowers or vegetables / fruits on your own. Instead ask our property manager for the same and we would be happy to share with our guests without any extra cost.
21. Car Parking at your own Risk.
Please note - This is a private home, and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests.
Since the property is a farm house, near the forest ridge, there are natural wild creatures and insects which live in the vicinity, however they do not harm humans if not disturbed property.
Additional Rules:-
1. No Smoking Indoors.
2. Switch off A/C and Water Heater when not in use.
3. Extra Guests and Overnight Guest will be charged extra.
4. Please keep the farm tidy and clean.
