Not at all! Most of our guests are riding for the very first time. Our certified instructors provide a clear safety briefing and basic coaching before every ride. Beginners are also paired with a dedicated handler who walks alongside the horse throughout the session.

Mandatory: Full-length jeans or sturdy trousers and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots).
Not Allowed: Shorts, skirts, dresses, sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, or dangling jewellery that could get caught in gear.

Age: Children aged 5 years and above can participate. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Weight: For horse welfare and safety, the maximum weight limit per rider is 85 kg (187 lbs).

Guest safety and horse comfort come first. In case of heavy rainfall or thunderstorms, outdoor rides will be paused, and your session will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date at no additional cost.

Yes! You’re encouraged to capture memories. However, to keep the horses calm:

Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
Drones are not permitted on the property without prior written approval.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This ensures you have time to check in, fit your safety gear, and complete the safety briefing without losing any of your allotted riding time.
