House Rules or Property RulesIt is a nature-based experiential campsite located inside a private plantation. Guests are requested to respect the natural surroundings, fellow guests, and the calm atmosphere of the property.
We encourage responsible behaviour, cleanliness, and mutual respect to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Any activities should be conducted only within designated areas as guided by the host.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:• Cancellations made closer to the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund• No-shows will be treated as a cancellation
Rescheduling policies• Date rescheduling is subject to availability
• Requests should be made well in advance
• Rescheduling is generally allowed once, depending on operational feasibility
• Any difference in tariff due to season or demand will apply
Pet Policies:Pets are currently not allowed at the campsite. As the property is located inside a plantation with shared outdoor spaces, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
Music & Noise policiesMusic is allowed; We have a dedicated open campfire zone where guests can enjoy music freely • There are no strict time restrictions for music in this designated area • Guests can enjoy loud music without disturbing others, as the area is specially planned for it We request guests to use music only in the assigned zones and follow host guidance for a smooth experience.
Smoking & Alcohol Policies• Smoking is permitted only in open, designated outdoor areas • Alcohol consumption is allowed, provided guests drink responsibly • Any disturbance or unsafe behaviour due to alcohol will not be tolerated Guests are expected to respect the safety and comfort of everyone on the property.
