Important Notes:

• Around the months April-May,the Waterfall usually tends to be dry.
• The cottages are situated on slightly elevated terrain and may not be suitable for elderly guests.
• The villa is conveniently located just 250 meters from the State Highway (Kuttikanam-Kattapana Road). For guests traveling from Bangalore or Chennai, the property is about a 9-10 hour drive. Overnight buses are also available from both cities to Kumily, which is only 40 minutes away. Some buses also reach Kattapana, 3 km from the property.
• For train travelers, the nearest stations are Vathalagundu (Tamil Nadu) and Kottayam (Kerala), both about 2 to 2.5 hours’ drive from the property. Additionally, there is a direct train from Chennai to Theni Railway Station, just 1.5 hours away.
• The nearest airports are Cochin (3.5 hours’ drive) and Madurai (3.5 hours’ drive).
