Located just 8 km (about half an hour) from Manali town, it feels worlds away from the noise. Our focus is entirely on slowing down and reconnecting with nature. To ensure a genuinely peaceful and undisturbed experience, the property is reached via a short, 500-meter scenic hike from the parking area. Here, you’ll wake up to birdsong and mountain views instead of honking horns.

• Ground Floor: Features a cozy, fully equipped kitchen available for guest use (shared between guests), along with an adjacent room used by the owner.

• First Floor: Features two comfortable guest rooms, each with its own attached washroom. Both rooms open up to a shared balcony, the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy stunning views of the sunrise and snow-capped mountains.

This is a warm, peaceful space designed to help you unwind, breathe fresh mountain air, and simply enjoy the calm. It is a place built to feel like a home, not a hotel.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, including the beautiful open outdoor spaces. You can take a peaceful stroll or sit back and soak in the undisturbed mountain views surrounded by apple, walnut, plum, and pear trees.

For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen is exclusively for guest use. Because we host a maximum of two rooms at a time, the property is never crowded, ensuring your complete privacy and tranquility throughout your stay. You are welcome to enjoy all areas around the property freely and without restrictions.

Other Things to Note

• The Hike & Luggage: Please note that there is a short 500m uphill hike from the parking area to the property. It’s a small climb, but it rewards you with beautiful views and complete peace. If you need assistance with your luggage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for someone from the village to help you.

• Food & Deliveries: If you would like to include meals in your stay, please inform us ahead of time so we can plan and prepare accordingly. Alternatively, Swiggy and Zomato food deliveries are available, but please note they can only deliver as far as the parking area.

• On-Site Support: We are always happy to help! Feel free to reach out anytime during your stay for anything you might need.
