Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are equipped with two AC units, wardrobes, and double beds. Each room opens up to its own personal attached garden. One bedroom offers a pool view, while the other looks out over the main garden. Fresh linen and pillows are provided, and extra mattresses can be arranged upon request to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests.
Bathrooms: Features 4 modern bathrooms in total (2 private en-suite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms), all fully equipped with geysers for continuous hot water.
The Kitchen: Guests enjoy full, complimentary access to a completely equipped kitchen. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking and consumption are allowed. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, mixer, oven, gas stove, water purifier, and crockery for 16 people. A private chef can also be arranged at an additional charge (subject to availability).
Events & Gatherings: The expansive lawn features seating for 25–30 people and can host gatherings of up to 70 people. Larger events can be organized with prior notice at an additional cost.

Check-In/Out: Please respect the designated checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts incur a fee of INR 2,000 per hour.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept off the sofas and beds.
Guest Verification: The total guest count must match your booking reservation. All guests must provide valid ID proofs upon request (prior to check-in or upon arrival). Foreign nationals are required to share passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Damages: Guests will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement for any property damage caused during their stay.
