House Rules or Property RulesTo ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines:
Enjoy your barefoot stay inside the house.
1. Check-in/Check-out- Check-in time: 1:30pm - 8pm
- Check-out time: 10am
2. SmokingSmoking is strictly prohibited within the house premises. Designated smoking areas are available.
3. Terrace AccessFor safety reasons, access to the terrace is restricted.
4. BarbequesBarbeques are allowed outdoors, but guests must procure their own coal
5. BonfireWe provide bonfire facilities, but please inform us in advance while booking.Please note that bonfire timings are restricted to 11 pm. Bonfires are strictly not allowed post 11 pm
6.Security DepositA refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required while booking. This will be returned upon checkout, provided all house rules are followed.
7. Towel ServiceBath towels are available upon request, but please note that we have limited quantities
8. Damages and LiabilityAny damages, missing items, littering, or plant damage will incur additional charges.
9. Backyard LightingBackyard floodlights will be turned off post 10pm.
