Booking and Payment- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a minimum of 50% of the package cost. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or before.

Cancellation and Refund Policy- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for free up to 14 days before your arrival date.
- Retention Charges: Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a retention charge of 100% of the booking amount.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
