A Trip to the enchanting Land of the Shina, the beautiful Valley of Gurez which lies across the Razdan Pass and as such untouched by the modern ways. As beautiful as Gurez are its people who still hang on to the traditional ways of life. After spending a couple of Nights in Gurez you move to another beautiful Offbeat part of Kashmir ie North Kashmir and its beautiful attractions. We will visit the beautiful Lolab Valley with its idyllic Villages and idyllic Mountain views. We will visit the Village of Keran right on the LoC along the Kishanganga. The crowning glory of North Kashmir is the fabulous High Altitude Meadow of Bangus and its the largest Meadow of the Kashmir Valley and its beauty is unparalleled. We will round off the Trip with a visit to Bangus.
Pick up From the Airport and Srinagar Sightseeing, Overnight Stay in Srinagar.
Early Morning Departure from Srinagar to Gurez (approx 6 Hours) along the banks of Wular Lake via the Razdan Pass. Overnight Stay at Dawar in Gurez.
Gurez Local Sightseeing. Visit the Villages of Tulail and Shiekhpora. Visit the beautiful Habba Khatoon peak, Habba Khatoon spring. Enjoy sunset by the Kishanganga River. Overnight Stay at Dawar.
Visit Khandiyal Top, Shina Cultural museum, then head to Reshwari/kupwara, Enroute visit pir baba. Stay at Reshwari/kupwara.
Day trip to Bangus valley, Explore the virgin meadows of kashmir. Stay at Reshwari/kupwara.
Reshwari to Keran. We cross the Shamshabari Range and cross into the Keran Sector and visit the Border Village of Keran, Kubra point followed by a village walk. Stay at Keran.
Keran to Srinagar, Enroute visit parihaspora. Stay on a Houseboat or a hotel.
Last Day. Drop to the Airport for Return Flight.
