Itinerary

  • 09:00 PM/2:15 PM: Meet the Team at CSMT/LTT station and board the Mangalore Express (Train 12133)/Matsyagandha Exp (12619) for an overnight journey. (Note: For 28th Dec Batch the onwards Train will be Matsyagandha Exp 12619)
  • (Meals: No meals provided)

  • 01:30 PM: Arrive at Mangalore Railway Station and have breakfast.
  • Travel to Coorg and check in at the hotel. Freshen up and have lunch.
  • Visit Bylakuppe, the largest Tibetan settlement in South India, known for its 62-foot golden Buddha statues.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • (Meals: Breakfast & Dinner)

  • Have an early breakfast and visit Harangi Elephant Camp for elephant interaction activities.
  • Proceed to Cauvery Nisargadhama, an island formed by the Cauvery River with lush bamboo groves.
  • Lunch at Kushalnagar, followed by visits to:
    • Bhagamandala and Talacauvery, the birthplace of River Cauvery at the breathtaking Brahmagiri Hills.
    • Raja Seat, a serene picnic spot perfect for sunset views.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, visit:
    • Omkareshwara Temple, built in 1820 with a unique blend of Kerala and Islamic architectural styles.
    • Madikeri Fort, known for its stone ramparts (a glance will suffice).

  • Have lunch on the way and enjoy a Spice Plantation Tour (time permitting).
  • Spend the evening shopping and relaxing at Nisargadhama.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Mangalore Railway Station to board the train back home.
