Meals Meals may be prepared by Exuberance Stays upon request. Since our menu is limited and freshly prepared, we request advance intimation before or at the time of arrival so we have sufficient time to arrange and prepare your meals with care. Guests are welcome to order meals using food delivery apps such as Swiggy / Zomato or from nearby restaurants. As these are third-party services, Exuberance Stays cannot guarantee the food quality, delivery timelines or service experience provided by external vendors. Cooking Facilities Guests may use the kitchen to cook their own meals. When the caretaker is preparing food for guests, the kitchen area must remain locked and not accessed by guests during that duration, for safety, hygiene and operational reasons. Guests must purchase their own groceries. Tariffs: Subject to change without prior notice. Noise Restrictions To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests and our surrounding community, we request that loud music, parties and high-volume conversations be avoided after 10:00 PM. As it is not supervised, children must always be accompanied by an adult. • Pool Timings: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Kindly help us maintain these hours for the comfort of everyone staying here. • Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required. Jeans, regular clothing or non-swimming garments are not permitted. • Before Swimming: Please shower in the designated shower area before entering the pool. • Children Safety: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No Diving: Diving is strictly not allowed as the pool is shallow. • Safety First: For everyone’s wellbeing, please avoid running, pushing, horseplay or rough behavior in and around the pool area. • No Soaps or Oils: Kindly refrain from applying soaps, lotions or oils before using the pool as it affects water quality. • Food & Drinks: Please consume food and beverages only in designated areas. Glass bottles or glass containers are not allowed near the pool. • Cleanliness: Let’s keep the pool area clean. Please use the bins provided for any waste. • Health Precautions: Guests with open cuts, injuries or those feeling unwell are requested to avoid using the pool. • Respectful Ambience: Please maintain low noise and share the pool thoughtfully, ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone. • For any concerns, accidents or emergencies, please inform the caretaker immediately. Guests are advised that the use of the pool and all facilities is entirely at their own risk. Exuberance Stays will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, medical incidents or loss/damage to personal property occurring in or around the pool, or anywhere within the premises. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, serene and enjoyable pool environment. Prohibited Activities Narcotics, illegal substances, weapons, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report violations to local authorities. Guest Count If the guest count reduces, the tariff remains unchanged as it is based on the minimum price. Cancellation Policy No-Show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. Important Information By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by Exuberance Stays’ protocols and house rules. House rules are subject to change based on government directives. Photo ID Requirement A valid photo ID is mandatory for check-in. For group bookings, every guest must carry a printed copy of their ID for quick check-in. For safety and security reasons, accommodation for drivers accompanying guests is not available within the premises. However, several nearby lodging facilities are available where drivers can comfortably stay.
