Overview

At Staydaze, we strive to make every stay seamless – from booking to check-out. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

Detailed Policy

Full Refund – More Than 48 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full 100% refund of the total amount paid. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refund – Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by Staydaze as a cancellation fee. The partial refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.

No Refund – Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be forfeited. We strongly encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully before booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking and initiate a refund:

1.  Log in to your Staydaze account at staydaze.com
2.  Navigate to My Bookings
3.  Select the booking you wish to cancel
4.  Click Cancel Booking and confirm your request
5.  A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Staydaze is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions

Special Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather events, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, Staydaze may, at its sole discretion, offer a full refund or travel credit regardless of the cancellation timeline. Supporting documentation may be required.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.

Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking dates rather than cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve a price difference based on updated rates.
