No smoking inside guest rooms and in common areas. No drinking alcohol in common areas. No loud music and parties (as we are in the midst of nature and next to the Forest).
Pets are allowed as long as the owners make sure the pets have their own beds, their waste is disposed by the owners in the appropriate manner, pets are not allowed on the beds meant for guests.
