The Space Our property features four expansive, private suites, each designed to highlight the majestic vistas of the surrounding peaks and pine forests.

• The Suites: Whether you are on the ground floor or the second, every suite is a private haven. All suites feature:

  • Private Jacuzzi/Hot Tub: Soak in luxury while overlooking the mountains.

  • Elegant Interiors: Stylish, calm, and spacious rooms tailored for relaxation.

• Dining: Experience 5-star quality dining without leaving the property. Our experienced in-house chef specializes in Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental cuisines (food is chargeable and ordered from a dedicated menu).

• Shared Spaces: Guests have access to a lush, shared garden and a common kitchen area where our chef prepares your meals. Light personal cooking can also be accommodated in the chef’s kitchen.

Make your stay unforgettable. We can arrange bespoke setups in the garden or inside your room for birthdays, anniversaries, or romantic candlelight dinners (available for a nominal charge of ₹1500).

• Prime Location: Situated on the Mussoorie-Dhanaulti Road in Tibri Dhar, just 3 minutes from Bataghat.

• Proximity: 15–20 minutes to both Mall Road (Clock Tower) and Landour.

• Parking: We provide free, secure parking directly in front of our gate.

Important Information

• Occupancy: Standard booking is for 2 adults. An extra adult can be accommodated for an additional charge of ₹2000 per night.

• Safety & Service: Your peace of mind is our priority. The property is very safe, surrounded by other estates, and has 24-hour staff available on-site.

• Power & Comfort: To ensure an uninterrupted stay, we have a robust power backup system (10-battery inverter and a generator). For chilly mountain nights, we provide a fireplace; for your safety, our staff will light and manage this for you.
