The Space

Our boutique property consists of four exclusive, private suites, ensuring tranquility for all our guests. You are booking our premium Second-Floor Jacuzzi Suite:

• Your Private Sanctuary: Step out onto your huge private balcony to take in sweeping, uninterrupted views of the forest and mountains.

• In-Room Jacuzzi: Unwind in your large, private Jacuzzi while looking out over the misty hills through the expansive glass windows.

• Private Entrance: Enjoy complete privacy with your own dedicated entry.

(Note: We have three other private suites on the property, including an adjacent Jacuzzi suite, a first-floor hot tub suite, and a ground-floor suite, all offering private entrances.)

 Dining & Shared Spaces

• Gourmet In-House Chef: Leave the cooking to us! Our experienced, 5-star chef prepares exceptional Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Italian cuisine. You can order directly from our premium menu (food is chargeable).

• The Kitchen: While the main kitchen is primarily for our chef to prepare your orders, guests are welcome to do light cooking or prep if needed.

• The Gardens: Step outside to enjoy our lush shared garden space, perfect for soaking in the mountain air.

Located in the quiet area of Tibri Dhar (just 3 minutes from Bataghat on the Mussoorie-Dhanaulti Road), our property offers the perfect balance of deep-nature seclusion and city accessibility.

• Mussoorie Mall Road / Clock Tower: ~20 minutes away

• Mussoorie City Centre: 15 minutes away

• Landour: 15 to 20 minutes away

• Parking: Free, secure parking is available right in front of our gate.

Things to Note Before You Book

• Capacity: This suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 11 years old). An extra adult can be accommodated for an additional charge of ₹2000/night.

• Special Occasions: Celebrating a birthday or anniversary? We can arrange a beautifully decorated candle-light dinner setup in the garden for a nominal charge of ₹1500. Just let us know at check-in!

• Cozy Nights: We offer an outdoor fireplace for chilly evenings. For your safety, our on-site staff will light and manage the fire for you.

• Power Backup: Power outages are rare, but we are fully prepared with a robust 10-battery inverter system and a generator to ensure your stay is completely uninterrupted.

• Staff & Security: Our property is incredibly safe, with a full team of staff available on-site to welcome you and cater to your needs. Management is always just a phone call away!
