Detailed Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Full Refund – More Than 48 Hours Before Check-in<\/span>
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full 100% refund of the total amount paid. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.<\/p>

Partial Refund – Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Check-in<\/span>
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained by Staydaze as a cancellation fee. The partial refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5\u20137

No Refund – Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in<\/span>
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be forfeited. We strongly encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully before booking.<\/p>

How to Cancel a Booking<\/strong><\/p>

To cancel a booking and initiate a refund:<\/p>

2.\u00a0 Navigate to My Bookings
3.\u00a0 Select the booking you wish to cancel
4.\u00a0 Click Cancel Booking and confirm your request
5.\u00a0 A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address<\/p>

Refund Processing<\/strong><\/p>

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation<\/li>
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking<\/li>
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider<\/li>
  • Staydaze is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions<\/li><\/ul>

    Special Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>

    In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather events, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, Staydaze may, at its sole discretion, offer a full refund or travel credit regardless of the cancellation timeline. Supporting documentation may be required.<\/p>

    No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>

    Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.<\/p>
